A citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, a foreign citizen and a former citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, who was engaged in labor or educational activities in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also resided in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan for more than 6 months.
Which documents can be requested?
certificate on having/not having a criminal record in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan; documents issued by the civil registry office (certificate, birth certificate and other documents); a copy of the court decision on civil (civil) and family cases; documents issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan regarding vaccinations and health status (references, transcripts, etc.); documents issued by educational institutions and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan; information on military service, other than information that is a state secret; archival documents on labor activity in state institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan; Other documents of a personal nature.
Which documents are not requested?
Original military ticket; work book in the original copy; Original driver's license; Personal case from organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan. Also, a duplicate marriage certificate (if the marriage has been annulled) and a birth certificate of deceased persons are not required.
On the basis of the information contained in the labor records and military tickets, references on the experience of labor activity and military service are prepared according to the established procedure.
