Information on the procedure for travel of citizens of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation

Information on an entry ban can be checked on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

An entry ban to the Russian Federation can be lifted only by a lawful appeal against the decision of the competent Russian authorities to a court or to a higher body of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Under the Minsk Convention on legal assistance and legal relations in civil, family and criminal matters of 22 January 1993, citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan may apply to the territorial unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or to the body that imposed the ban, by sending an appeal to the Russian side at www.мвд.рф and www.ps.fsb.ru.
