Extension of a visa
The Consular Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan extends the validity of the visa for a specified period based on the previous visa and the submission of documents confirming the need for such an extension in accordance with the legislation.
The deadline for making a decision on visa extension is set within 10 working days from the date of submission of all the necessary documents to the Main Consular Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, if otherwise according to the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan or international agreements recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan. not intended.
The refusal to issue a visa to the applicant is not justified and cannot be explained.
